Physical Product Returns

If you receive a new, unopened physical product and wish to return it, you may do so within 180 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges, once the product is returned and inspected.

If your return is due to an abinfo.shop shipping error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement via upgraded delivery. Refunds are processed within 2 weeks and issued to the original payment method.

Digital Product Returns (Electronic Delivery)

All digital returns undergo manufacturer verification to ensure the license key has not been activated or tampered with. Upon confirmation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Guidelines for Digital Products:

  • Retail Licenses: No return fee if verified as unused or inactive.
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Open Licenses: Non-refundable. These cannot be returned or deactivated.
  • Activated Keys: Once a product key is activated or attempted to be activated, it becomes non-refundable.
180-Day Product Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 180-day guarantee on eligible purchases. If you encounter any issues with your digital product within this period, please contact our support team for assistance.

Subscription Products

For subscription-based software such as Office 365, we require a 60-day cancellation notice before renewal.

Cancellation Process:

  1. Contact our support team at least 60 days before your subscription renewal date.
  2. Provide your order details and request cancellation.
  3. You will receive confirmation of cancellation within 2 business days.

Note: Refunds for subscription products are only available if requested within the first 30 days of the initial purchase and if the product has not been activated.

General Return Conditions

Eligibility for Returns:
